Standard orders may be cancelled before billing, dispatch, delivery, or pickup confirmation. Once an item has been billed, customized, altered, resized, engraved, or dispatched, cancellation may not be available.
Custom, made-to-order, altered, resized, or engraved jewellery is generally not eligible for cancellation or refund unless there is a verified defect or an error from the store.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method or another agreed method after inspection and verification. Bank or payment processing timelines may apply.
Customers should report damaged, incorrect, or missing items immediately with invoice details and photos where applicable.
Exchange value depends on article condition, purity, weight, prevailing metal rate, and applicable deductions or making charges.
